ATT DSL internet service Complaint

Dishonest sales team on the phone and on line


The sales team quoted me $32/mon for DSL over the phone. I was billed for $43/mon. When I called ATT back, the sale team including the manager said that there was no record for $32/mon. I did an online chat with the sales team later. The ATT rep said that he has corrected the incorrect billing. After I found out that my bill was not corrected. I chatted with another ATT rep online. The rep said that there was no record of the billing correction.

When I called to cancel ATT service, the rep told me that they need to schedule a technician to come out and disconnect my service. I have to pay 5 additional days of service from the day I request to cancel the service.

Very bad business practice from ATT!!
